Pam and her team worked miracles in facilitating the sale of our property, in record time.  Pam is very well connected with the local builder community.  She secured a buyer for our property (which requires extensive rebuilding) in a matter of days!  Navigating the sale would have been impossible without Pam's support, expertise, efficiency and kindness throughout the entire process.

I highly recommend Pam and her team to any prospective buyer or seller requiring a professional, capable, honest agent.  Pam demonstrated an incredibly high level of experience and flexibility that allowed for a seamless transaction under challenging circumstances.

From the moment we made initial contact with Pam regarding purchasing our investment property she went above and beyond. Pam arranged a viewing the next day. Pam displayed a comprehensive knowledge of the area and recent comparable sales. Pam spoke honestly and didn’t do the usual “real estate agent spiel”. Despite a few hiccups Pam acted professionally liaising between the seller, building and pest, accessors and us to effectively communicate and make the process seamless. Through our interactions it is clear that Pam and her team are truly passionate about what they do. If you are looking at selling/buying in the Sunshine Coast area we can not recommend Pam Court Realty more highly. We look forward to our continued relationship with Pam Court Realty as they now manage our rental property.

I can't rate our experience with Pam and her team high enough. It all started with a phone call late on a Saturday night which Pam took from us. The next morning we spoke with Pam in more detail about the property and by the afternoon Pam was at the vendors house walking us through the property via Facetime as we were overseas. I flew to Brisbane the next day and met Pam at her real estate. She took me to view the house and then drove me on a tour of Mountain Creek and Mooloolaba to show me the great locations close to the property and the future potential the property had. The following day I put in an offer and Pam worked for both us and the vendor to work out a agreed decision. We have asked Pam to help us post settlement to organise some pool maintenance/solar panel installation and to keep an eye on our new home until we arrive from overseas. She didn't hesitate to say yes. Honestly Pam gave us the experience that everyone would wish for during the purchase of a home. I believe that very few agents would meet Pam's standard of people skills.

I have used Pam Court Realty as both a rental agent and a selling agent for the same property in Buderim. As a rental agent the group managed the property well, managing the relationship in a professional and friendly manner. We chose this company based on that rental experience. They offered an excellent selling campaign with good marketing and competitive fees. I was kept informed as to the progress of the campaign with possible likely buyers flagged. As the property was rented during the selling process, Pam had to manage the Open for Inspection with the occupier and she did this very well. On completion of the sale I was promptly informed that the sale had gone through without problems. I would highly recommend Pam Court Realty to either manage your property or as an agent for sale.
